Refund & Return Policy

1. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet.

  • Prepaid orders: We will refund the full amount to your original source account.
  • COD orders: No refund is needed since no payment was collected.
  • Once shipped: Cancellations can only be processed as a return under this policy.

2. Undelivered or Returned Orders

Orders may come back to us if the address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or COD payment is refused.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 24-48 hours once delivered back to our warehouse.
  • COD orders: No refund is applicable since no money was collected.

3. Can I return a product after delivery?

Yes! You can return it within 7 days* of delivery provided the item meets return requirements and passes quality check at pick-up.

4. Conditions for a Successful Return

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled.
  • Original tags, packaging, and hangers must be intact.
  • Returned in the original box (if applicable).
  • Purchased directly from includ.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Accessories
  • Footwear
  • Innerwear
  • Toys & Games
  • Gift Collection items
  • Clearance Sale Items
  • Free Gifts
  • Freedom Sale Products

6. How does the return pickup work?

  • Reverse pickup is arranged at no cost for most serviceable pin codes.
  • Quality Check (QC): Our courier partner will check the item at your doorstep. If QC fails (stains, no tags, used), the pickup will be declined.
  • Self-Ship: If your area is non-serviceable, you may self-ship after approval.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Transit Damage: Email support@includ.com within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Report within the 7-day window and preserve all tags.

8. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Prepaid: Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD: You will receive a secure payout link via email/SMS to enter bank/UPI details.
  • Initiation: Within 24-48 hours post-QC.
  • Completion: Within 7–10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping, COD fees, and gift-wrapping charges.

9. Combos & Bundles

Combo offers must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns are not allowed unless there is a manufacturing defect.

10. Can INCLUD reject my return request?

INCLUD reserves the right to reject return requests from customers exhibiting irregular or excessive return behavior that violates our Fair Usage Policy.
